Love all the sides of you - text Lucy is ace, she has lots of qualities that I could do with channelling! These ideas remind me of internal family systems which is a therapy where you think about all the sides of you and how healing it can be to understand all of them sides even the ones you might be ashamed of; no bad parts. The guy who developed it is called Richard Schwarz 🫶🏻
